Your Role

Reporting to the Sea Logistics Customer Care Manager you will represent Kuehne+Nagel in the local community that embraces both internal & external Sea Logistics Customer’s. You will have responsibility for overseeing and driving the Customer Care strategy on a local level as well as actively seek for improvements of customer service standards and help deliver customer excellence. In addition, the Individual will be responsible for leading their Customer Care Location Team by strengthening internal & external customer relationships, on-boarding of new Customer’s and new Team members and addressing any and all Customer complaints in a timely & satisfactory manner. Holding themselves and their Team to the highest Level of Customer Excellence, the overall goal is Customer growth, satisfaction, retention and Teamwork.

Your Responsibilities

• You will provide leadershipto their local Customer Care team in conjunction with the local Sales Team

• Closecooperation with Branch & Area management as well as Sea Logisticsoperations (OCC) for an enhanced customerexperience

• ProfitMaximization – avoid additional costs & expenses due to internal servicefailure

• FinancialExcellence & Development

• You will pro-activelyparticipate in customer visits / meetings as needed and in conjunction withlocal/Area sales personnel

• Stay up to date with Market Knowledge

• You will be responsible for continuous improvementof processes and controls aiming for consistent customer satisfaction

• Customerretention engagement for Sea logistics account portfolio

• Analyze& follow up on Customer Feedback

• QuotationManagement: Qualification of Customer inquiries, provide KN quotations andupdates, set final selling price with individual adjustments

Your Skills and Experiences

• 3 years' Sea Logistics experience

• 2 years' Leadership experience

• You have the ability to analyze Data

• You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• You have the ability to work on-site 5 days per week

• You have the ability to travel for business reasons
