This leader with oversee treasury professionals that help our customers succeed through comprehensive care for all stages of their business and across a broad array of Global Payment and Liquidity (GPL) products, services, and digital channels.
In this role, you will:
Support GPL strategic priorities to create an integrated, forward-looking product organization with end-to-end payments, data, liquidity and associated solutions
Drive GPL Service success and provide industry leading customer service by delighting customers and consistently exceeding their expectations
Lead treasury professionals that help our customers succeed through comprehensive care for all stages of their business and across a broad array of Global Payment and Liquidity (GPL) products, services, and digital channels
Lead the following groups: Dedicated Client Services, National Services Group, Technical Support, Research and Resolution, WellsOne Commercial Card, and Card and Token Distribution
Drive results (not just activities), act thoughtfully and urgently when resolving problems, execute precisely, communicate expectations and ownership for the work, and follow through on commitments
Advocate for customers by ensuring we are delivering on our commitments, managing customer expectations, ensuring accuracy, and communicating with full transparency
Build strong partnerships with Operations, Sales and Relationship teams, our Global Partners, and Digital Teams to work collaboratively as one function in support of customers
Manage and develop multiple business functional areas with focus on implementing and delivering long-term strategies, policies, and process advancements for cross-functional stakeholders, and internal and external partners associated with the area of Business Execution or who are affected by its outcomes
Identify Business Execution opportunities and strategies for process improvement and risk control development over the long-term in order to ensure operational excellence and process efficiency
Lead Business Execution team for assigned initiatives ensuring solutions are designed, integrated, and controlled to improve effectiveness, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
Interpret and develop a range of policies and procedures for long-range and fundamental retooling of perspective, approach, culture, quality, relationships, operations, and capabilities
Collaborate and influence functional management to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo strategies or policies and business line objectives
Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, including Management or leadership experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
4+ years of management or leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
Treasury management products and services experience
Executive communication and presentation skills with ability to present clear message that resonates with audience
Ability to lead customer facing organization at scale
Experience managing portfolio of commercial and corporate banking customers
Ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the banking industry
Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

Pay Range:
National Salary Range: $144,400.00 - $300,000.00
May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long-term incentive awards.
