We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining customer accounts, processing applications, and resolving inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing expertise and customer service support to callers.

• Direct phone - based customer interaction to answer and resolve a wide variety of inquiries.

• Work independently and most tasks are not continuously reviewed by others.

• Assist with completing scheduling or rescheduling activates for needed appointments and completing prescription refill request.

• High Volume of inbound calls and outbound calls.

  Requirements

• Proven experience in Customer Service is mandatory

• Healthcare experience

• Call Center experience with high volume
