Wells Fargo Credit Card Marketing Campaign Manager in MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Marketing Consultant as a Credit Card Marketing Campaign Manager for the Open Market Digital Team. The focus of the role will be the execution of Credit Card Marketing on the Public Site and Mobile App and will deliver marketing that drives excellent customer experiences and delivers on company goals, including new credit card account acquisitions to support a growth portfolio of profitable Wells Fargo branded and cobranded products. Important to success will be a strong understanding of digital and financial services marketing.
In this role, you will:
Manage marketing content on Public Site and Mobile App through launch and monitoring, including, stakeholder communications, Legal and Compliance approval management and documentation, creative collaboration, and in-market tracking
Execute website content strategy and manage development and execution of written content to support customer needs
Participate in the development of and execute marketing campaign processes and procedures that identify and address risk
Contribute to marketing, creative or product management for credit cards and provide consultation in one or more areas critical to E-business success such as marketing programs, new products, or product enhancements
Review and analyze moderately complex information across projects or programs to present findings and recommend solutions to management while developing work plans, campaign requirements, establishing milestones and reports comparing results to projections
Collaborate and consult with product areas, technology, customer care, other organizational units, and vendors to recommend solutions to a wide range of difficult problems
Leverage a test-and-learn approach to marketing efforts
Enable measurement & analysis of marketing performance
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
3 + years of Project management skills: strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills to drive marketing executions through multiple stage gates to launch.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Ability to influence and collaborate across organizational levels
Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience
Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations
Ability to exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problems
3+ years of Credit Card Marketing experience
3+ years of Agile experience
3+ years of Jira
3+ years of Adobe Audience
Consumer Lending experience
Campaign management and execution experience Proficient Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams LiveMeeting and SharePoint) skills
Preferred experience in a regulated industry such as Financial, Healthcare, or Insurance
Ability to lead without authority and influence others to improve channel effectiveness

Delaware - Wilmington, Pay Range 80,400 -143,00 USD annual (this range may not be applicable to other locations)
