Job Summary Client Services Director As a Client Services Director, you will directly oversee Canteen One's Client Team to ensure client retention, growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability. You will be responsible for implementing contractual obligations to ensure high-quality service for our clients and customers, thereby achieving the financial targets set for the business. Additionally, you will work with Canteen One senior leadership on interrelated department issues and projects and may also retain direct ownership of key clients. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Increase team accountability, develop and implement best practices, handle industry needs, and manage change effectively. Establish and maintain senior client relationships. Communicate effectively with clients to implement and monitor contracts; ensure compliance. Utilize newly developed concepts, technology, and methods to benefit clients. Provide support service consultation to maximize service quality and help clients reduce costs. Resolve problems and address client dissatisfaction promptly. Prepare ad hoc analyses for client reviews and presentations. Implement a Strategic Account Plan for the business. Ensure smooth implementation of new sites or services where appropriate. Coordinate the implementation of the Client Program with relevant Canteen One teams. Facilitate existing and new business proformas and overall financial summaries. Develop account retention strategies with client senior management. Share accountability for financial targets, including growth and bottom-line achievement. Ensure group and client financial requirements are met. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of five years of account or client management experience. Proven account retention experience. Strong leadership skills. Strong communication and relationship management skills. Ability to plan strategically and analyze financial data. Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public. High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience in operations and food service is strongly preferred. Experience managing large programs involving strategic planning an project implementation is preferred. Experience with an ERP system (e.g., Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, JD Edwards) is preferred. Reporting tool experience (e.g., Business Objects, Crystal Reports) is preferred. Apply to Canteen One today!
