This role combines deep technical expertise with a strategic perspective, ensuring that our database infrastructure supports the firm\'s comprehensive technology and business objectives. In this role you will: Database and ERP System Management: Oversee the administration of the ERP ecosystem, Deltek Vantagepoint, and maintain a robust SQL server environment to support enterprise-wide operations. Infrastructure Development: Design and implement strategies for the modernization of technological infrastructure, balancing key factors such as performance, reliability, cost, and scalability. Disaster Recovery and Security: Develop and manage comprehensive disaster recovery plans and IT security policies to protect firm assets and ensure business continuity. Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance metrics to monitor and report on infrastructure health and system performance. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to align infrastructure developments with firm-wide needs and initiatives. Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure service quality and cost-efficiency.
