This role will oversee the functions of the server team to maintain service levels, perform maintenance and upgrades, manage vendor relationships in the data center space, and support other internal IMSD and business partner teams. Supervisor Infrastructure Services will work independently with oversight from the IT Senior Manager Infrastructure to develop and execute support, project management, and security requirements across IMSD. Collaborate with managers across IMSD to influence the formation of enterprise solutions while actively engaged in the troubleshooting processes.
