Lead 911 Dispatcher Courthouse location Hourly Rate: \$25.11 - \$37.65 Closing Date: March 13th, 2025, or upon receipt of the first 50 application submissions received JOB Summary: The Lead Dispatcher is responsible for all shift operations on the floor, daily oversight of team duties, ensure 24/7 coverage, adherence to Directives/SOPs. Lead must ensure staff are meeting performance metric minimums. Lead spends 80% of their time working as a call-taker, CDO or dispatcher and coordinates with leadership to provide technical assistance to staff, resolve minor work or personnel problems.
