Lead 911 Dispatcher Courthouse location Hourly Rate: \$25.11 - \$37.65 Closing Date: March 13th, 2025, or upon receipt of the first 50 application submissions received JOB Summary: The Lead Dispatcher is responsible for all shift operations on the floor, daily oversight of team duties, ensure 24/7 coverage, adherence to Directives/SOPs. Lead must ensure staff are meeting performance metric minimums. Lead spends 80% of their time working as a call-taker, CDO or dispatcher and coordinates with leadership to provide technical assistance to staff, resolve minor work or personnel problems. JOB DUTIES: Ensure dispatchers perform duties in accordance with approved policies and procedures. Professional business acumen and situational awareness. Responsible for all dispatch operations and dispatchers while on duty. Meet all the requirements of a 911 Dispatcher/Call Taker, including but not limited to answering, processing incoming 911 and administrative calls and dispatch MCSO Deputies for calls for service.
