Aztech IT Solutions Client Account Manager in Milton Keynes, United Kingdom

About The Role

We have an opportunity for a client focussed, experienced Client Account Manager that has a strong background managing IT services, to join our Client Services Team based out of our Milton Keynes office. 

The position will be responsible for executing an account management and development strategy both through some internal re-allocation & once new contracts are secured. The role requires a candidate with exceptional communication skills both written and oral who is an experienced presenter to all customer levels including board level executives.

Reporting into the Head of Sales, the successful Client Account Manager will have in-depth commercial experience within the IT industry, which you will have been gained within a B2B solution account management position. Additionally, you will demonstrate experience and knowledge of current & leading infrastructure technologies & solution vendors in the Microsoft marketplace appropriate to the larger SME & mid-market sectors and be capable of interpreting customer requirements and engaging in long term IT strategy and planning led sales discussions.

You will also have  responsibility for managing existing client relationships whilst also developing sales of our IT services including pro-active IT support, cloud services, security, software, hardware and telephony offerings. The successful candidate has an opportunity to establish a successful pipeline of opportunities for recurring revenue streams at the forefront of our new business and growth strategy.

To be successful with your application, you will be an experienced account management professional with a minimum of 3 years’ experience working at an IT managed service provider or IT services organisation supporting clients with their IT strategy, cloud solutions, IT infrastructure or cyber security solutions, with a focus around Microsoft technologies and services.

Key Responsibilities

  •   Developing account strategies to maximise Aztech IT revenue streams from all accounts.

  • Nurturing and developing client relationships to ensure client retention & longevity of business.

  • Secure new business opportunities working from targeted goals.

  • To engage relevant technical and project resources in the business to aid solution and sales planning.

  • Identify and cross sell Aztech IT entire range of services to all accounts.

  • To attend customer meetings to present Aztech IT capabilities and identify sales opportunities.

  • Work consultatively with clients to achieve long term technical roadmaps and plan.

  • To prepare and present professional sales proposals and quotation.

  • To produce accurate monthly sales and forecast reports to track performance and achievements throughout the sales cycle.

  • Produce and manage client technology roadmaps.

  • To ensure internal CRM systems are always up-to-date and accurately maintained..

  • To be the main point of contact for client’s non-technical issues or tasks.

  • Conduct monthly client service reviews in-line with contractual terms for each client.

    Skills / Attributes Required

  • A minimum of 3 years successful Account Management experience working for IT managed services, IT services or cloud infrastructure services organisation.

  • Good understanding of Microsoft technologies, services and solutions.

  • Good systems and data diligence to ensure maintaining good efficacy for your customers.

  • Excellent communication, and presentation skills

  • A consultative, commercially led professional

  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills

    Package Details

  • Annual Salary is up to £45k pa dependant on experience with a minimum OTE up to £60k pa.

  • 24 Days Holiday

  • The hours of work are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday.

  • Based in the Milton Keynes Office with hybrid working (hybrid working is a maximum of 3-days per week from home).
