Job Description
As a member of the Global Payroll team, we are looking for a Senior Manager, Global Payroll Programs, to join our company. You will lead and be responsible for Global Payroll transformation, process improvement, and automation of Global Payroll processes. You will need expert technical experience with payroll system configurations, advanced report writing, Robotic Process Automation, and Artificial intelligence. You will also foster relationships with various internal and external stakeholders and will advocate transformation and automation for the Global Payroll function.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead payroll transformation, streamlining and globalizing payroll processes using automation
Oversee all Global Payroll Projects and initiatives
Support Service-Now (employee ticket system) for payroll by maintaining content, working with stakeholders and payroll operations team for better service delivery
Create, maintain, update all payroll related content on Global Payroll Intranet site working with payroll operations and various stakeholders
Create and maintain budget for Global payroll project initiatives
Develop reports for payroll to use for auditing
Support requests for global payroll set up; new global wage types, new benefits programs, new compensation plans, time-off plans, time and attendance
Maintain payroll integrations including imports and exports, and resolve any production issues
Develop process flow maps for exiting integrations, imports, and exports
Payroll Systems Security administrator for all global payroll applications. Which include setting up user access to payroll systems, service now access, shared drive access, shared mailbox access, terminating access and being lead on user audits
Project manage mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures for payroll Operations
Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external business partners
Project manage all global payroll initiatives, develop project log and task, and effectively communicate to all project stakeholders and lead cross functional discussions for requirements
Develop technical requirements for system configurations
Will perform UAT testing for new or changed integrations with payroll applications
Technical contact for payroll system upgrades and changes and will perform due diligence on new payroll applications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
12 plus years of technical payroll systems and HR systems
10 plus years of project and program management
Strong communication skills
Expert knowledge of payroll transformation and creating automated processes
SOX compliance and controls experience
Master skills with Microsoft applications including Excel
Advanced analytical skills with ability to deep into details, problem solve, and understanding the bigger picture
Experience with Ceridian Dayforce, Workday, ADP Celergo, and ADP Global View

An employee’s pay position within the salary range may be based on several factors including but not limited to (1) relevant education; qualifications; certifications; and experience; (2) skills, ability, knowledge of the job; (3) performance, contribution and results; (4) geographic location; (5) shift; (6) internal and external equity; and (7) business and organizational needs.
The salary range is what we believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California, Colorado, New York or remote jobs that can be performed in California, Colorado and New York. This range may be modified in the future.
You will be eligible to participate in Sandisk's Short-Term Incentive (STI) Plan, which provides incentive awards based on Company and individual performance. Depending on your role and your performance, you may be eligible to participate in our annual Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program, which consists of restricted stock units (RSUs) or cash equivalents, pursuant to the terms of the LTI plan. Please note that not all roles are eligible to participate in the LTI program, and not all roles are eligible for equity under the LTI plan. RSU awards are also available to eligible new hires, subject to Sandisk's Standard Terms and Conditions for Restricted Stock Unit Awards.
