Company or Role Overview: We have a great company looking for qualified, entry-level General Laborers to join their team. Located in Holmes Co., the company is a full line manufacturer of rubber products, components and parts for many major industries.

All Shifts Available:

1st shift -- 8am-4pm 2nd shift - 4pm-12am

3rd shift -- 12am-8am

Pay Rate: Starting wage is $15-$16 per hour, based on experience, skills and abilities.

Job Description: Operate molding machines to produce a variety of silicone, polyisoprene, and other medical-grade elastomers

to meet customer specifications. Employees will also visually 100% inspect parts for various defects and specifications.

Requirements:

• High school diploma/equivalent required.
• 1+ years of related experience is required.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
