Description We are offering an opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Midland, Texas. This role is crucial in maintaining our financial operations by ensuring accurate coding and timely processing of all invoices. This position offers a contract to hire employment opportunity and is in the telecom industry.

Responsibilities:

• Verify vendor rates to ensure accurate billing

• Dispute any inaccurate invoices and work towards resolution

• Regularly communicate with vendors regarding invoice inquiries

• Code invoices daily to keep financial records up-to-date

• Track rental light tower and generate weekly rental reports for various departments

• Maintain yearly vendor rate sheet, working with vendors to ensure accurate and timely submission of rates

• Manage accounts payable and reconciliation

• Utilize software such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for data entry and invoice processing

• Adhere to accounting principles and procedures in daily operations

• Develop and maintain strong vendor relations and handle dispute resolution. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with Check Runs and Coding Invoices

• Strong Data Entry skills

• Expertise in Invoice Processing

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Oracle, and QuickBooks

• Familiarity with SAP software

• Solid understanding of Accounting procedures and principles

• Experience with Accounting operations and Payable Invoices

• Ability to manage Weekly Account Payable

• Experience in Vendor Relations and Dispute Resolution

• Ability to Code and manage Approved Invoices.
