Job Summary

ACT is seeking a hands-on Quality Supervisor focused on providing quality assurance support to identify, plan, implement, and follow-up on continuous process improvement systems comopany-wide.  The position ensures products and services are developed, manufactured, tested and delivered according to established procedures that will assure that they meet all quality requirements.  The position also supervises and coordinates activites of staff engaged in quality engineering and inspection.  We have a strong mentorship program and believe strongly in collaboration between all departments.

Must Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other technical discipline or a combination of comparable experience and education
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role required with 5+ years highly desired
  • 3-5 years' experience in an AS9100 or ISO9001 manufacturing environment highly desired
  • Experience developing and updating AS9100 quality procedures strongly preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask
