Job SummaryWhat's in it for you?

ACT is seeking a strong CNC Machinist/Programmer with Mastercam programming experience as well as previous horizontal and vertical machining experience to program, set-up and operate our equipment. We have a strong mentorship program and believe strongly in collaboration between all departments and career development.

Hours are 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Must Have Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED
  • 3-5 years training or equivalent commensurate combination of education and experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to program with Mastercam required
  • Ability to machine complex components with horizontal and vertical machining centers
  • Knowledge of and experience with G&M codes
  • Demonstrated foundation in geometric tolerancing and dimensions
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, decimals and fractions
  • Ability to read blueprints and bills of material
  • Computer experience to include proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and ERP systems
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask
