JOB REQUIREMENTS: CIT Program Manager Department: Marketing Location: Remote, USA (Must reside in Eastern or Central Time Zone) The Collaboration and Innovation Team (CIT) Program Manager orchestrates the activities of the three global cross-functional teams at Natus, who are accountable for managing businesses for success similar to a business unit structure.The role will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Quality, Operations, Regulatory, Marketing and other functional players to help guide the work of the CIT leadership group and broader team.The CIT Program Manager must lead the teams virtually, who are located in multiple Geographic areas.This individual must be detail oriented and maintain a focus on delivering high-quality work and have a high degree of business acumen. What you\'ll get to do in this role: *Direct and project manage cross-functional team members through the product development and product lifecycle processes, helping ensure that organization resources are focused appropriately to achieve timeline and budget goals. *Work closely with the CIT Chairs and leadership team to create and manage towards key performance indicators (KPIs), process and product quality metrics to monitor and manage the success of projects; Use KPIs to make continuous process improvements *Interface cross-functionally to identify opportunities and solve product related problems. *Manage and prioritize workload, develop project plans and oversee project execution. *Interact globally with co-workers, suppliers and customers. What we are looking for: Basic qualifications *Bachelor\'s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; with a minimum of three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. *Minimum 3 years project management experience, with a track record of success *Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills and ability to translate complex data into simple language for technical and non-technical users. *Advanced Microsoft Office Suite-specifically,Excel skills. *Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for business growth Preferred Skills: *Experience working in a heavily regulated industry highly preferred *Experience in Medical Device Industry *Experience with Business case development *Familiarity with OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition) Language Skills Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures.Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
