JOB REQUIREMENTS: Charge Integrity Analyst - 32572 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE position that is 100% remote. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. Applicants hired into this position can work from most states. This will be discussed during the interview process. Approved Remote Work States Listing We are seeking a Charge Integrity Analyst to: * Review living donor charges, obtain service agreements with outside lab and diagnostic centers, and pay charges as required under CMS regulations. * Work with living donors to make their financial journey seamless. * Work with outside healthcare institutions to rectify and reconcile invoices on behalf of living donor candidates. * Assist clinical leadership and staff with charge reconciliation, identifying denial and missed charge trends, charge reporting, and charge troubleshooting. * Work closely with a vast array of clinical, financial, and IT leadership and staff to ensure that coding, charging, charge reporting, and reconciliation processes function smoothly. Two (2) years of experience in charge capture, coding or a hospital business office may be considered in lieu of the Associate degree in addition to the experience below.
