Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end users, managing O365, and utilizing both technical and soft skills to understand and resolve issues. This position involves direct client interactions, requiring strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive technical support for applications and end users

• Efficiently manage and resolve customer inquiries

• Monitor and maintain client equipment for optimal performance

• Utilize Citrix and Dell Technologies in daily operations

• Work with Active Directory for user management

• Oversee and troubleshoot computer hardware issues

• Execute effective configuration management

• Deploy new hardware and software as needed

• Offer deskside support for immediate issue resolution

• Manage and maintain O365 for end users

  Requirements

• Proficiency in Citrix Technologies is essential

• Familiarity with Dell Technologies is required

• Experience with EO/IR systems is a must

• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain Mac computers is necessary

• Strong understanding of widely used software technologies

• Knowledge of Active Directory for user and system management

• Expertise in handling computer hardware maintenance and troubleshooting

• Understanding of configuration management processes

• Experience with deployments of new systems and software

• Background in deskside support for hands-on issue resolution

• Proficiency in Office 365 administration and support
