Job Description

Our Client is looking to bring on a LOCAL TO MIAMI ServiceNow Business Analyst that will be responsible for process mapping an infrastructure service transition from one vendor to another. This person will come from a strong background within ServiceNow and be able to create, design, re-design, and implement processes. This person will be hands on and ideally have a previous background handling transition projects in an enterprise level environment. This person will have experience with SLAs and be able to be hands on within Visio and ServiceNow. This person will be full time to this project until completion and then will move to additional projects.

Skills and Requirements

Over 10 years of experience as a technical Business Analyst specializing within ServiceNow and transition projects

 Must have strong background process mapping including creating/designing/re-designing processes from an infrastructure service Vendor Transition project

o Create and design process flows with Visio/ServiceNow

o Update and create documents to navigate where they will go

o ServiceNow experience with SLAs (such as laptops and other vendor transition needs)

 Strong experience navigating and pulling data within ServiceNow, tracking and implementing new processes

 Must have over 5 years of experience with ServiceNow security profiles, setting up approval processes, and onboarding implementing new SNOW processes

 Strong experience within other Microsoft tools including Excel and Visio

 MUST HAVE great personality (exciting, engaging, not shy) able to communicate clearly across leaders and executives hold people accountable to drive projects forward null
