Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Marketing & Communication Director to join a growing fashion organization. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the creative messaging and vision of the company, helping to grow the brand. They will manage the logistics of photoshoots and other PR events, helping them to run as smoothly as possible. This person must come from a strong photography background in the fashion or cosmetics space and have the ability to manage several marketing budgets and staff members. A qualified individual will be a very strategic multitasker with fantastic communication skills.

Please note that this individual must work 5 days onsite in Wynwood, Florida

Skills and Requirements

• 10+ years of experience working in the communication industry

• Ability to lead and manage the creative design vision for the company

• Excellent photography background

• Ability to plan the execution of photoshoots and other events (lighting, models, makeup, clothing, etc.)

• Fashion or cosmetics industry background

• Ability to manage marketing budgets and 5 employees

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Art, Design, etc.

• Ability to multitask and effectively communicate

• Must work onsite in Wynwood - Strong Amazon background null
