Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Track stock levels and monitor shipment statuses to ensure accurate inventory records.

• Logistics Coordination: Organize transportation logistics, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.

• Documentation Review: Prepare and verify shipping documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Communication: Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and customers to swiftly resolve any shipping or inventory issues.

• Record Keeping: Maintain precise records of all logistics activities in our database for accurate reporting.

• Process Improvement: Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for enhancing logistics operations.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain management is preferred.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with logistics management software.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.

• Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
