Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk based in Miami, Florida. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be required to handle tasks related to invoices, purchase orders, and data entry, as well as the need for bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English. This role primarily involves the maintenance and organization of financial documents within our team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the process of matching documents together to ensure consistency and accuracy.

• Handle the task of coding invoices for appropriate categorization and easy reference.

• Perform order entry tasks diligently, ensuring all data is accurately inputted.

• Manage customer invoices efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.

• Utilize bilingual skills in Spanish and English to facilitate effective communication with diverse customers.

• Oversee the management of accounts payable, ensuring all financial obligations are met in a timely manner.

• Assist in maintaining accurate customer credit records, updating information as necessary. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) processing is a must for this role

• Demonstrated experience with coding invoices is a key requirement

• Proficiency in order entry is necessary for the position

• Experience with customer invoices is a significant plus for applicants
