Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice entry, coding, and payment processing.

• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial accounts monthly.

• Assist in preparing journal entries and maintaining the general ledger.

• Support month-end and year-end close processes.

• Assist in preparing financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

• Assist with audits by gathering documentation and supporting schedules.

• Monitor and resolve discrepancies in financial records and transactions.

• Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
