We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to join our LatAm Global Selling team. The successful candidate will work to simplify the selling experience, helping LatAm merchants sell in other countries. By deeply analyzing LatAm Sellers' needs, you willimplement new products and tools to help them start their journey as global sellers and grow their businesses abroad. You will also dive deep into selection data to spot relevant opportunities in the selection domain. You will partner with internal teams to drive actions and strategies to spin the selection flywheel for our international customers.

Key job responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the LatAm seller landscape, including their motivations, pain points, and growth aspirations globally.

• Define a product vision and strategic roadmap of solutions to empower LatAm sellers to succeed in global markets.

• Lead cross-functional teams to build and deliver high-quality features and tools addressing LatAm sellers' unique needs.

• Foster a culture of continuous experimentation and learning to drive innovation.

• Collaborate with central and regional teams to leverage global best practices and insights.

• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure success and refine the product roadmap.

• Obtain regular feedback from business leaders to maintain executive support.

• Use data-driven insights to improve solutions and prioritize high-impact new features.

• Analyze international consumer demand and shopping behavior to identify high-potential product categories and gaps.

• Collaborate with local merchandising teams to understand consumer preferences and optimize global product assortment.

• Develop processes to surface and prioritize opportunities to expand the global catalog and serve international consumers.

• Establish data-driven selection planning to advise LatAm sellers on expansion opportunities.

• Define mechanisms to identify high-potential LatAm brands and products for global markets.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with end to end product delivery

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience as a product manager or owner

  • Experience owning technology products

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
