Job Description

An employer in the Cape Canaveral, FL market is looking for an EHS Specialist to join their team. This person will be supporting incident management, emergency response, hazard assessments, inspections of PPE, and more. This person will be responsible for ensuring the program is within federal guidelines.

Skills and Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in related field

* 8+ years of experience in the Environmental Health and Safety field

* Experience with either radiation safety or laser safety

* Confined space knowledge

* Strong knowledge of OSHA 1910, EPA, NFPA, ASME and ANSI regulations

* Willingness to be flexible and work off hours and some weekends as needed * Aerospace experience

* Experience working for a startup company null
