The individual selected for this position performs management activities and will work with faculty, staff, and client audiences to develop, implement, and administer program activities, and may participate in regional and national networks on planning and program development. This position reports to the Associate Director of Continuing Education and Conferences. This position is responsible for extending university programs and resources beyond the campus through the Wisconsin Idea by: Identifying, promoting, and maintaining new development outreach programs. Develop and/or expand collaborative programming initiatives. Manage/coordinate outreach program development and administration. Assisting with the monitoring and managing of the outreach program budget. Utilize appropriate tools for continuous improvement and efficiency. Respond to clients\' needs.
