BrightStar Care of Central Western Riverside County is searching for an energetic self-starting Home Care Scheduler and Customer Care Coordinator to join our award winning team. The Scheduler and Customer Care Coordinator is responsible for scheduling of home care clients and staff, managing all touch-points and client care standards, issue resolution, and handling inquiry calls.
