ManpowerGroup Process Engineer in Memphis, Tennessee
Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing manufacturing unit, is seeking a Process Engineer to join their team. As a Process Engineer, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Research & Development Process Engineer
Location: Memphis, TN
Pay Range: Up to $140,000
What's the Job?
Apply engineering expertise, analyze data for trends, and identify process & operational improvements.
Drive improvements, process optimizations, and enhanced process control to improve product quality and reduce costs.
Lead the introduction and/or relocation of new manufacturing processes.
Conceive, design, and install small and medium-sized capital projects.
Provide chemical operators with training on process and safety-related procedures.
What's Needed?
Degree in Chemical Engineering with chemical manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage a broad range of accountabilities.
Experience in process design and improvement, including troubleshooting and debottlenecking.
Experience in developing material and energy balances to optimize yields.
Familiarity with minor DCS programming and process modeling tools is desirable.
