The Opportunity

• Work across 2 premium assets in Melbourne CBD for our prestigious client account; Charter Hall

• Work on Charter Halls newest Premium commercial asset in Melbourne in a team environment with a Senior Facilities Manager and the Property Management team onsite also

• Ensure a high level of Customer satisfaction through the efficient and effective delivery of all building services within the building

• Risk management compliance and sustainability initiatives

• Manage the delivery of all Facilities Management services, tenant liaison and contractor management

• Multi million-dollar service agreements in place, opportunity to work across both hard and soft services

About you

• Facilities management experience preferably within a premium commercial asset

• The ability to build strong, effective working relationships with clients and colleagues

• A working knowledge of all property onsite facilities services, soft and had services

• Experienced in stakeholder management; tenants, clients, colleagues and contractors
