The Opportunity
Work across 2 premium assets in Melbourne CBD for our prestigious client account; Charter Hall
Work on Charter Halls newest Premium commercial asset in Melbourne in a team environment with a Senior Facilities Manager and the Property Management team onsite also
Ensure a high level of Customer satisfaction through the efficient and effective delivery of all building services within the building
Risk management compliance and sustainability initiatives
Manage the delivery of all Facilities Management services, tenant liaison and contractor management
Multi million-dollar service agreements in place, opportunity to work across both hard and soft services

About you
Facilities management experience preferably within a premium commercial asset
The ability to build strong, effective working relationships with clients and colleagues
A working knowledge of all property onsite facilities services, soft and had services
Experienced in stakeholder management; tenants, clients, colleagues and contractors
