Treasury Wine Estates Assistant Brand Manager ANZ in Melbourne, Australia

About the role

This role supports the implementation of the Penfolds ANZ Brand Plan to meet strategic objectives. You will assist the Senior Brand Manager and Head of Marketing in developing and executing consumer centric and culturally relevant through the line marketing campaigns to reinforce luxury credentials and grow our consumer base.

  • Lead development and execution of brand campaigns to meet brand objectives.

  • Take ownership of the coordination and executions of the marketing plans, working with key stakeholders and external partners where necessary.

  • Ensures that the brand is well represented in accordance with global brand guidelines in consumer facing communication to uphold brand integrity.

  • Timely preparation of reports, proposals, and other presentations.

  • Provides analytical and marketing support to the Senior Brand Manager in day-to-day operations.

  • Oversee timely updates, submissions in compliance with Finance, Legal and Procurement deadlines where necessary.

About you

We are seeking a marketing professional with a background in FMCG/Wine and Spirits, with a proven track record in brand marketing. You are team player with drive and curiosity, using your initiative to solve problems and achieve common goals.

  • Good understanding of various marketing and commercial touchpoints.

  • Experience in brand, shopper, digital, innovation and/or event management

  • Ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines

  • Strategic thinking with a consumer centric mindset

  • A passion for luxury brands and markets
