Job Description:
This position maintains relationships with other representatives and customers. He/she solves service related issues by analyzing and resolving problems. This position comunicates with customers using various mediums in order serve. He/she will perform other responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
• Brokerage Europe experience of at least 6 months - Required.
• English Level 85% - Required.
• Strong English conversational skills – Required.
• Excel Intermediate – Required.
• Experience in areas related to customer support areas – Preferred.
Location:
Remote (Only in Valle de Aburra or Bogota)
Schedule:
• Monday to Friday 6 AM to 4 PM.
• Monday to Friday 7 AM to 5 PM.
• Monday to Friday 8 AM to 6 PM.
