ManpowerGroup Quality Control Technician in McAllen, Texas
Our client, who is in the exotic fruit industry, is seeking a QC Tech, Inspector to join their team. As a QC Tech, Inspector, you will be part of the Quality Control Department supporting product integrity and safety. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: QC Tech, Inspector
Location: McAllen, TX
Pay Range: $10-$14
What's the Job?
Implement QC programs in accordance with directives from corporate.
Perform thorough and specified QC inspections upon product arrival, ensuring compliance with pallet counts and applying QC stickers as needed.
Evaluate overall product quality by monitoring all products via specified requirements in the PPRO QC Application.
Advise corporate immediately of any issues with arriving products.
Assist in supervising workers engaged in QC inspections, providing oversight throughout production cycles and outgoing products.
What's Needed?
1 year experience and a willingness to learn is essential.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Familiarity with QC equipment and inspection processes is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
