Elevance Health HR Operations Coordinator Senior in Mason, Ohio

Location: This position will take part in Elevance Health's hybrid workforce strategy which includes virtual work and 1-2 days in office per week .

** The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles and a 1-hour commute to one of our Elevance Health major office (PulsePoint) locations. Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection.

The HR Operations Coordinator Senior is responsible for processing transactional work in the HR Operations team.

How You Will Make an Impact

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Processes adjustments and changes for pension benefits

  • Performs pension benefit calculations

  • Maintains records

  • Analyzes plan documents

  • Runs and analyzes reports and queries

  • Resolves systems processing problems

  • Researches and resolves complex transactional inquiries

  • Performs UAT testing

  • Participates on project teams and identifies process improvement needs

  • Processes department specific transactional work

  • Customer service support via email and phone

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Operations, mastery of at least one HR Operations discipline and exposure to at least one other, including Workday transactional processing; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

  • Strongly preferred BA/BS.

  • Pension experience preferred.
