Eaton Corporation Junior Sales Coordinator in Mascot, Australia

The Power Quality (PQ) division at Eaton Electrical provides power management solutions including uninterruptable power supplies (UPS’s), surge protective devices, power distribution units (PDU’s), remote monitoring, software, power factor correction, airflow management, rack enclosures and services. We strive for continued success in leveraging technical innovation to develop next-generation solutions.

We are looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to provide frontline quotation support to the PQ sales team. A fast paced and autonomous role, this opportunity would be a great fit for a detailed oriented person who is looking for their next career move within a multinational corporation.

Key Duties:

  • Manage the sales mailbox and respond promptly to quotes and pricing requests.

  • Prepare and deliver accurate quotes and proposals to customers.

  • Collaborate with the wider sales team, product management, and operations to deliver competitive pricing and outstanding service.

  • Develop in depth knowledge of PQ products and solutions.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in any discipline, a degree in Electrical Engineering is a plus but not mandatory

  • At least 1 year of experience in a technical customer service or sales coordinator role

  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to confidently engage with customers and gain their trust.

  • Great organisational, time management and administrative skills.
