Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Machinists for projects located in the Mars, PA area .This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $24-28/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Plan & lay out complex machining operations fabricates and assembles various types and sizes of product parts tooling and assemblies performs jig fixture tool and die work

• Duties and responsibilities: utilizes various types of manual numerically controlled and computerized machine shop equipment

• Work with ferrous, nonferrous metals, nonmetallic materials their alloys and synthetic materials

• Set up & operate a variety of machines including but not limited to lathes mills jig borers & precision grinders to perform multiple machining operations and ensure the proper utilization of equipment and material

• Set up punch presses operate various types and sizes of power brakes to form pierce or straighten metal parts as needed

• Set up and operate tape controlled punch press automatically or manually to blank and pierce various parts

• Read drawings/blueprints

• Perform standard shop computations relating to dimensions of work tooling speeds and feeds of machining

• Use a wide variety of precision measuring instruments maintains accurate dimensional tolerances based upon drawings
