Insight Global Genesys Support Engineer in Markham, Ontario
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Genesys Support Engineer to join a large Insurance client ASAP for a 12 month contract based in Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new features on the Genesys cloud contact centre platform to improve and scale the customer experience. Previous experience integrating Genesys with CRM and enterprise applications is essential to succeed in this role.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years experience working with Genesys cloud platform performing installations and maintenance
Strong experience troubleshooting, monitoring requests, resolving ticket issues, and configuring systems in Genesys platform
Experience with programming and scripting using Javascript and Python
Familiar with VoIP, SIP, and telephony protocols
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams - Genesys certifications null
