You will be responsible for designing, supporting, and upgrading the enterprise Identity and Access Management technologies and ensuring solutions and processes across the entire 3M Health Care Business Group are successful. Your scope extends through Enterprise systems, Manufacturing, Commercial Products, R&D, Business Development.You are excited about shaping transformation in a large global company; to lay the groundwork for a secure design across a comprehensive footprint such as Identities of employees, third parties, customers, partners, non-human services / machines, IoT devices, servers, applications, network devices, commercially sold medical devices and software, data, cryptography; across environments such as cloud, on-premises, third party hosted, third party managed, and co-location sites.You are a self-driven, hands-on individual who is passionate about IAM technologies, problem solving and strengthening a team. Here, you will make an impact by:Acting as technical lead for the IGA practice including design, deploy and support.Driving technical roadmaps for the service offeringProducing documentation, Knowledge base articles and reporting & improvement of critical metricsOwning, analyzing, strengthening the overall security posture of the Identity and Access teamDesigning and participating in security incident response plansStrong scripting and development skills with the ability to design, code, debug, implement and support automation efforts in the IGA space.Strong communication skills with e perience collaborating with many teams to complete projects and resolve issues.Experience with working with external compliance requirements, remediation and reporting for SOX, HIPAAPA, PCI and others.Ability to troubleshoot complex problemsAbility to easily adapt and implement new technologies as the security and technology evolve.Education and mentoring other team members and the user base related to the Identity governance systems.To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 10 years of Related IAM, Information systems, Security experience.ORHigh School Diploma/GED from AND 14 years of Related IAM, Information systems, Security experience.AndIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:7 years' experience supporting large enterprise Identity governance solutions such as Sailpoint Identity Now (IDN) and/or Okta IGA5 Years of experience in scripting languages such as Powershell, Python, JavaScript5 Years of experience with API's and integrating them into IAM solutions at an enterprise levelStrong knowledge of IAM protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID connect & LDAP1 year experience, deploying & supporting Okta IGA such as Access Certifications, Access Requests, privileged access, fine-grained life cycle management, automation-driven integrated with OKTA's Workflows Platform1 year experience, deploying & supporting SailPoint IDN such as integrating with applications using SCIM/AD, flat file, ODBC, including Request Center, Access Identity Management, Identity Profiles, Access Model, Certifications/Access-campaigns,...Equal Opportunity Employer - minorities/females/veterans/individuals with disabilities/sexual orientation/gender identity
