Here, you will make an impact by:Primary Responsibilities:Collaborate with Business Supply Chain to create Division strategy for delivering customer valuePartner with Business Supply Chain and Mfg. Operations to define value stream responsiveness/delivery expectations, as well as business inventory/cost expectations to establish planning parametersCollaborate and lead service & allocation decisions with Key Account teams when in short supply to optimize service vs inventory availableAct as Planning voice into Portfolio, NPI strategy and decisionsEnsure consistent application of global standard work in partnership with Area Planning Leaders and Global Planning Process & Analytics teamDrive Supply Chain Architecture strategy, including global fulfillment strategy and execution for divisionEnsure consistent SDS Planning, PIPO, and SOS changes occur globallyGlobal product availability and backlog management facilitate global allocations if necessary.Develop, communicate, and ensure adherence to supply plan with manufacturing teamsSupports monthly S&OP ProcessTalent Management for Global Division Planning Organization (Hire, Develop, Assign for Organizational Effectiveness)Represent CBG Planning on Division Operating Committee & Leadership TeamDrive improvements in Key Metrics:Service OTIF, Fill Rate for KA, BacklogE2E Performance Metrics Key Item Availability, Stock Out %, Supply Plan Attainment, Production Plan Attainment, Supplier OTIFInventory - $, DIO, NWI $/%Demand Planning - WAPA, BiasYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited universityEight (8) years of Supply Chain or Manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:E2E Supply Chain process knowledgeBusiness and Financials Acumen / KnowledgeAPICS CPIM or CSCP CertificationContinuous Improvement/Lean Six Sigma and/or Business Transformation experienceAbility to operate at Strategic and Operational levelsStrong analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasksAbility to drive results while navigating ambiguityExperience leading large cross-functional projects including using project management skills to motivate and align resourcesProven ability to successfully influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts to drive decisions across all levels of the organizationWork location:Work Your Way Eligible (Employee choice to work remote, on site, or hybrid)Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to [St Paul] at least [2] days per week)Travel: May include up to [15% domestic/internat onal]Relocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life both physically and financially.
