Job Description

We are currently seeking an Assembler to build custom commercial rooftop units. In this role, you will use various hand and power tools and assist around the shop with tasks such as sweeping, shrink wrapping, and cleaning up to support other assemblers. As you progress, there will be opportunities to expand into other areas.

Responsibilities

• Build custom commercial rooftop units using hand and power tools.

• Assist with shop maintenance tasks including sweeping, shrink wrapping, and cleaning.

• Support other assemblers to ensure smooth workflow.

• Progress into other areas as you gain experience.

Essential Skills

• Experience with general labor and mechanical assembly.

• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.

• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

• Experience with HVAC sheet metal and warehouse operations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of manufacturing experience.

• Experience in the HVAC manufacturing industry or with sheet metal is preferred.

• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to execute a crisp high-five.

Work Environment

You will work in a large, climate-controlled warehouse with windows and high ceilings. The machines and assembly area are within the warehouse. The team is small and close-knit, with the founder treating everyone like family. We celebrate with fun holiday parties and random employee appreciation events. The shift is from 6am to 3pm Monday through Thursday and 6am to 10am on Friday. There is a 20-minute lunch and two paid 10-minute breaks. The dress code is casual, but steel toe boots are required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
