Advantage Technical is hiring a Manufacturing Support Engineer in Maple Grove, MN. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team where you will play a vital role in supporting production goals, troubleshooting processes, and collaborating with various engineering teams to drive efficiency, quality, and productivity. Hourly Rate: $36/hr Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday As a Manufacturing Support Engineer, you will assist in the daily support of products, processes, materials, and equipment to achieve production goals related to quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and safety. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot product/process issues related to design, materials, or processes. Collaborate with Production, Quality engineers, R&D, Process Development, Equipment Engineering, and Supply Chain. Train operators and technicians on new processes and procedures. Implement process improvements to enhance yields and productivity. Maintain product/process documentation and verify specifications. Design and coordinate basic engineering tests and experiments. Analyze test results and provide recommendations. Prepare reports and communicate process changes to the technical team. Assist in meeting production goals while ensuring quality compliance. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical, etc.). 1+ years of relevant experience preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Technical troubleshooting skills on manufacturing equipment preferred. Excellent data analysis and communication skills. Ability to adapt, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
