We are seeking a well-experienced Senior Therapist who assists the Fitness Center & Spa Manager with the daily operations of the department.

This role is ideal for someone who has experience in a 5-star luxury hotel focused on a busy service operation. You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Senior Therapist is responsible to perform professional massage therapy, facials, advance body therapies and remain current with the industry. Must perform in a safe and professional manner to clients. Provide uncompromised attention to guest/member service.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates shall meet the following criteria:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in luxury spa environment

• Must be a certified therapeutic massage with updated certifications

• Proficient in occupational health and safety standards

• Strong leadership to mentor and train team members while maintaining high-quality service standards.
