We are looking for an engaging Human Resources Manager who will oversee the daily operation of the Personnel Department to deliver internal customer expectations on Recruitment and Work Force Planning, Employee Relations, Payroll and Benefits, Vendor Management, and other associate-related tasks.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
Human Resources management experience in hospitality industry ideally in a luxury branded property.
Well experienced in labor relations and well versed in government standards and regulations including labor law implementation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good decision-making and organizational skills
Passion for working with people and in managing and leading a team
Can develop and implement HR Strategies aligned with the overall business objectives
Competent in working with HRIS and payroll system, online recruiting platform, as well as online learning management system.
