Responsibilities:

• Managing data input and reporting to accreditors & partners

• Handling customer & learner inquiries

• Maintaining records

• Ensuring compliance with accreditation requirements

• Validating websites and marketing materials

• Facilitating webinars, when necessary

• Data management on multiple online learning platforms

• Supporting various accreditation processes and projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree holder – any degree/course

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written – mostly will be involved in email interaction

• Minimum of one year of work experience – remote experience to be exact

• Proficiency/familiarity with MS Office suite and Adobe PDF

• Strong attention to detail, communication, writing, organizational, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to multi-task and work well under deadlines

• Collaborative and solution-oriented

• Must be able to work independently
