JOB DESCRIPTION

Mount Sinai Doctors Downtown is seeking a GYN for its primary care and specialty practice in East Midtown Manhattan on 34th street!

The 34th Street District is comprised of 31 busy blocks in the heart of Manhattan. It is a working district, with over 100,000 office workers coming in daily. It is a gateway to the city for visitors from New Jersey, Long Island, and the entire eastern seaboard. It is a magnet for tourists and fans of music and sports. In addition, of course, it is one of the greatest shopping districts in New York.

While working in conjunction with several other PCPs and specialists, as well as administrative staff members, the ideal candidates will play an instrumental role in ensuring excellent patient care, quality outcomes, and satisfaction. In addition, we would like our talented physician candidates to have a passion for Gynecological care and be fully committed to the mission of the Mount Sinai Health System. The physician should be amenable to some evenings and weekends.

The chosen candidates will have the opportunity to partner with world renowned, Icahn School of Medicine. Mount Sinai’s Department of OB/GYN is strongly committed to caring for the whole patient and places special emphasis on providing patient-centered care. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Medical Degree from an Accredited University

  • New York Medical License

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN

  • Should have interest in Wellness

  • Committed to Mount Sinai and the communities we serve

  • Excellent communication, bedside manner, and organizational skills

  • A strong work ethic and desire to participate in a team-oriented, performance-driven Health System

Compensation range from 225K to 275K (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits)

Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialties, historical productivity, historical collections, and hospital/community need. As such, an actual salary may fall closer to one or the other end of the range, and in certain circumstances, may wind up being outside of the listed salary range. The salary range listed is for full-time employment and does not include bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits.
