Overview

• Provide obstetrical services and educationto prenatal patients throughout pregnancy,in addition to assessment of maternal and fetal well being

• Order lab work and tests in accordance with national standards

• Provide education and support to prenatal patients and families

• Document assessment and plan for each patient in accordance to ACOG standards

• Engage in a supportive collaborative physician relationship and care for maternity patients at Jersey Shore University Medical Center

• The successful candidate will support unmedicated birth options such as hydrotherapy, as well as utilizing epidurals for pain relief

• Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

• Brielle NJ OBGYN office

• Seasoned CNM to see OB and GYN patients in the office setting, No hospital service required.

Qualifications

• Education: BSN, MSN, Graduate of an Accredited Midwifery Program

• Licensure: New Jersey RN and CNM

• At least one year of experience

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, ethics, professionalism, adaptability, and determination

• Working knowledge of an EMR is highly desired
