As a Bank Account Management Analyst, you will own and complete the monthly account reconciliation and quarterly account attestation processes, ensuring accurate account ownership and a complete account population. You will assist with the global bank account management process, including opening and closing accounts. Additionally, you will collaborate on strategic projects, capturing data to improve operational efficiency and support informed decision-making both internally and with our business partners.

Responsibilities:

• Owns the monthly account reconciliation and quarterly attestation process, which are established to ensure accurate account ownership details and a complete and accurate account population.

• Partners with relationship managers in the execution of client service needs for all internal clients and custodian/treasury banks.

• Serves as primary liaison between internal contacts and global banking partners. Anticipates client needs and responds to inquiries.

• Ensures business unit service levels indicate accurate measures. Partner within the business unit and with external banks to proactively maintain services levels.

• Identifies priorities and recommends strategic plans and workflow solutions on assigned initiatives. Independently resolves complex problems and exercises judgement in elevating issues.

• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years related work experience.

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

• Ability to work in a team environment. Proven ability to lead, train, and empower other crew members.

• Detail oriented and proven self-starter with ability to work independently and within teams.
