Develops, implements and/or maintains the financial plans and policies of the organization. Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA/MBA a plus). • 0-3 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, manufacturing finance, or corporate finance. • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis skills. • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and financial reporting tools. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (macros, pivot tables, Power Query) and PowerPoint. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Expected Salary Range

$47,300.00 - $84,400.00
