Nestle Digital Marketing Lead in Makati, Philippines

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager responsible for the development and implementation of digital and CRM strategy of the Category to support brand building and to drive business growth. Ensures digital and CRM excellence in leveraging digital capabilities for competitive advantage while winning the Nestle way emphasizing on Life Time Value approach.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

  • Develop and orchestrate local digital strategy in alignment with global and regional digital roadmap (including social media, crisis management, CRM and eCommerce).

  • Leads digital marketing analytics strategy and oversees the tracking, performance measurement and benchmarking (internal and external) to ensure achievement of brand purpose.

  • Assesses new consumer / shopper trends through real time data mining and interpretation of data, to inform decision-making.

  • Ensures compliance across digital solutions and processes in accordance with group policy and local legislation.

  • Maximises business value by using digital to drive cross-functional (eBusiness, Marketing, Sales, Commercial Development, Corporate Communications, Consumer Engagement Services) collaboration, sharing and, where appropriate, integration.

  • Drives collaboration and provides leadership where required to ensure alignment with Nestle in Market, Nestle in Zone and global eBusiness objectives.

  • Builds strong relationships and maximizes returns with strategic digital partners (Facebook, Google, Twitter, etc.), agencies and suppliers to excel in the use of their respective platforms and create competitive gaps.

  • Demonstrates leadership and provides perspective on the evolving digital landscape. Builds digital capabilities at local level, delivers and executes digital best practices and frameworks (via training, online sharing platforms, etc.).

  • Innovation ideas derived based on assessing new consumer / shopper trends through real time data mining and interpretation of data (Omni Channel Approach)

  • Contribute to a favorable external positioning of Nestle’s leadership in Digital (consistent with EBuseinss Marketing industry recognition objective)
