Client Success Specialist

What the day will look like
Provide onboarding sessions to new clients, including product demos and review of input processes
Create client accounts, internal/ external access to platforms
Serve as a product expert and an escalation point for product questions and best practices
Respond to client inquiries via our digital support ticketing system including triaging of issues with internal stakeholders
Work across global, regional and cross-functional teams such as Sales, Data Solutions, Client Operations, and Marketing to ensure a seamless client experience
Provide coaching and solutions to other client facing colleagues
Adapt to a fast-paced environment with focus on exceptional client experiences
Analyze data to determine product usage gaps and process inefficiencies
Conduct regular product and process training to both clients and colleagues
Facilitate product training for both clients and colleagues

Skills and experience that will lead to success
College degree
At least 3 years related working experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
APAC, global work exposure preferred.
