Education Requirements * Bachelor\'s Degree Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology or related area Preferred Required Experience * 8 years of Talent Management expertise possessing an understanding and depth of experience in end-to-end talent management processes across the employee life cycle. This includes; talent development, performance management, succession planning, employee experience models and surveys/feedback models. * Experience in developing and managing projects from start to finish with measurable results and operational impact.
