UW HOSPITAL & CLINICS RN Pediatric Orthopedics Clinic - in MADISON, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: RN Pediatric Orthopedics Clinic - 32878 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : 70% FTE. We offer a competitive starting pay, relevant work experience will be considered, this position also includes a shift/weekend differential. This position is primarily on-site. You will work at Science Drive Medical Center in Madison, WI. We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to: * Practice closely with the Pediatric Orthopedic team to help care for patients with fractures, spina bifida, club foot, spinal fusions, and more. * Provide evidence based, high quality nursing care for patients via telephone and MyChart. * Assist with care coordination and clinic procedures such as wound care, incision checks, pre-op appointments, pin pulls, etc.. * Work as part of a multidisciplinary team for consistent and positive patient outcomes. * Provide education and guidance to patients and families. * Utilize evidence and science to guide practice.
